Store Submission Manager is published by Ship to Store, based in Puducherry, India.
Information processed by the app
Store Submission Manager processes information needed to manage Microsoft Partner Center resources, including tenant and client identifiers, submission metadata, product information, localized listings, packages, pricing, analytics, and related content.
This information is sent to Microsoft services only when required to perform actions requested by you.
Authentication information
If Remember credentials is enabled, the app stores your tenant ID, client ID, and client secret in encrypted, Windows user-scoped local storage.
Access tokens are held temporarily in memory and are not saved to disk. Credentials and tokens are excluded from telemetry. You can remove saved authentication information from Settings.
Information stored locally
The app may store the following on your device:
- Encrypted Partner Center API responses, normally cached for five minutes.
- Up to 500 redacted API request and response records.
- Up to 100 recent functional activity records.
- Local drafts, packages, icons, recovery data, preferences, market profiles, analytics snapshots, and other information needed for app features.
API history may contain product names, listing content, filenames, locale names, status messages, and non-secret identifiers. Secrets, authorization headers, access tokens, and SAS query secrets are redacted.
You can delete this information using the app's history and reset controls. Uninstalling or resetting the app also removes its app-local data according to Windows application-data behavior.
Diagnostics and usage telemetry
Store Submission Manager sends privacy-filtered diagnostic information to Azure Application Insights. Necessary diagnostics may include:
- Exception type and diagnostic code.
- Fixed action or operation name.
- Whether an error was unhandled.
- Sanitized stack frames without source paths or line numbers.
- Partner Center API scenario and response status.
Exception messages, credentials, tokens, API payloads, listing content, product names, filenames, and file paths are not intentionally collected.
Optional usage telemetry is enabled by default and can be disabled in Settings. It may include feature actions, outcomes, page-load performance, operation duration, session duration, purchase stage and outcome, and a randomly generated installation identifier.
Telemetry is retained for 30 days. IP masking is enabled where supported by Application Insights.
Microsoft Store purchases
Purchases and license verification are processed by Microsoft through the Microsoft Store. Ship to Store does not receive or store your payment-card details. Purchase telemetry may include the selected offer, displayed price, currency, duration, and purchase outcome.
